Dear Reader

Here is our first Malayalam Short Film called "Kunjukuttante Kozhikal" (means, the chickens of Kunjukuttan). We are on the look out for new faces, from either sexes, to act in the movie for FREE. We will provide, food, accommodation and travel for the artists and crew durring the shooting period which might last for 15 to 25 days. Since this being our very first film to be released through OTT, we are careful to make it in a shoe string budget.

We want genuinely talented men and women who are in between 30 to 65 ages to act in the first movie. An auditon is planned for those acting aspirants at Ernakulam, for which they should appear on their own expenses. The audtion date will be informed to all applicants before the audition. Those who are passionate about acting should apply with their brief biodata and three large photographs to our email. Only recent photographs are entertained.

We are also looking for others to work with us as our crew. We need Musicians, audio engineers, editors, cameramen, costume designer makeup man, light technicians, travel sponsors, catering guys etc to work for us in the locations. The Team

The film is produced by Darshan Films. The Executive producers are Mr Sai Sudarshan and Mr Nirmal Venugopal who are working in the Gulf now. The film is scripted and directed by Mr Santhosh Kumar , who has more than 40 years experience in doing films for TV channels, Documentaries, Ad Films and films for educational purposes. He is the author of the story of "Kunjukuttante Kozhikal".

The film is scheduled to shoot in the last week of March. The locations are yet to fix.
